In 2004, Motion Flicks was formed to specialize in distributing short films online through its web site Motionflicks.com. Since its launch in the summer of 2005, Motionflicks.com has been offering independent filmmakers an avenue to gain exposure and earn return on their short films. Motionflicks.com provides streaming short films, including comedy, theatrical performances and Cine(E)-Poetry, for general visitors as well as special content for monthly subscribers. The site also offers a host of services geared towards assisting filmmakers in their quests to produce quality films in an affordable manner.
